Logistically from an MPC perspective I doubt it.
If it did come out in Spring, I would think May/June at the earliest because there is a logical reason from manpower and flight medicine why rated goes 1st before non-rated.
Releasing at the same time as rated would cause too many problems. Please see my earlier post regarding the rated process, specifically, medical.
They do this exam in the summer, because there are some that are AF qual, but not flight qual, thus they go non-rated. Plus, although 100% of all AFROTC commissioned go AD, 100% of AFROTC cadets that request rated don't get it, which would equate to a 2nd non-rated board if they did it at the same time as rated. Come next fall, they would have to take the cadets that didn't get selected for rated, and the cadets that were not flight qual for another board. How would you feel as a 3.6 cgpa tech, 98 PFT, top 10% SFT, etc, UPT selected, but busted your flight physical, not AF physical and now got the left overs because you didn't know before hand your eyes were going to get you.
Finally, talk to your det. They know the truth. If you are a C300, let's be honest, March results would mean Feb board, and by now the det. would be sitting you down for your AFSC dream sheet. I am betting the rated C300s currently have taken their TBAS. That they have submitted their rated dream sheet regarding Pilot, CSO, ABM, UAV and ABM. Have non-rateds in your det done the same? Xmas break is approaching, if that is a Feb board date, and you come back Jan 15th., than the clock is running out for them to have that sit down.
