AFROTC Interview Scheduling

Our application was confirmed complete on the AFROTC web portal around November 19. We were advised that the interview should be scheduled within 30 days, but have not yet heard anything. The local detachment here told me today that they have received no information. Trying to get this complete before the Jan board.
Anyone have any thoughts or info regarding how we might get this moving? thanks
