AFROTC SFT/LEAD Failure. What now?

You say he is contracted, however, dont you only get contracted the beginning of Junior Year after you passed Field Training?

My son was contracted/sworn in the start of his sophomore year when he was offered a Type 1 Commanders scholarship. He completed MAX 1 the last week of May and starting his Junior year in college next month.

I thought you said he was non scholarhship

Yes I realized it after your comment. I thought it was the original poster and didnt realize it was a just a response to my comment. I think they misunderstood me or I wasnt clear enough. I was saying they contract in Junior if they dont have a scholarship
 
They actually contract again as a junior when they become a POC, be it scholarship or non-scholarship.
~ HSSP AFROTC cadets sign contracts as a freshmen after passing their PFT. This is basically about the scholarship funding.
~~ POCs (AS300) sign contracts stating that they will serve the needs of the AF for at least 4 yrs ADAF
