I am not very well informed, but I do know that certain Guard units are able to sponsor specific individuals through OTS and they are guaranteed the job before attending OTS (in your case, this unit would probably be a Cyber Squadron such as a Comms, Networking, or Offensive/Defensive Cyber Squadron). As far as who/where the Squadrons are, I have no idea, but Wikipedia may be able to help you with that. I would highly recommend asking a recruiter since they'll be able to get you the name/contact info of those units and help guide you through that process.
To answer another post you had made, there are generally four types of cyber officers as a 2d Lt. There are more options at higher ranks, but for entry level after Initial Cyber Training (ICT) and Undergraduate Cyber Warfare Training (UCWT), you'll get shuffled into one of these four shreds which are under two main AFSCs (17D and 17S, warfighter comm ops and cyber effect ops respectively).
17DXA - Network Operations (think typical IT and cybersecurity job. Focuses on base networking and communications)
17DXB - Expeditionary Communications Operations (getting deployed frequently to set up/upgrade comm networks at forward deployed installations)
17DXA - Offensive Cyberspace Operator (hacking other people)
17DXB - Defensive Cyberspace Operator (making sure we don't get hacked)
For AFROTC/USAFA, you'll get picked up for just 17X as a job and get selected for your shred after both ICT and UCWT, but not sure how this works for reserve/guard, especially if you're coming in sponsored.
For more info on these, check the AFOCD (Air Force Officer Classification Directory), and again, make sure to reach out to a recruiter
