Hello, on Friday March 14th I received a phone call from my congressman; however, I was in baseball practice and missed the call. After baseball, I attempted to return the call, but their offices were closed. I've heard that they only call if it is good news. I just don't want to get my hopes up too high. Am I in? am I out? possible prep school (My reading SAT was only 570)? What are your thoughts?

BTW this has created the longest weekend ever!!!!
    Thanks,

    Zack

My son was left a message on Friday the 14th by our Congressman. I called back and was told that he received his appointment. I wanted my son to hear directly from our Congressman so I kept quiet. Needless to say he was thrilled! My fingers are crossed for you (I think you are in).:thumb:

The year I got denied, I didn't receive a call. The year I got accepted, I did.

You should be fine. Why would an office want to call a kid to tell them they got denied? It's a long, stressful, and emotional process... they'd be making it worse for both parties.
