Anyone else having issues with DoDMERB website ...

The site is working fine. There may be some individual problems with folks related to their local ISP.
 
DD has had to clear the cookies each time to check her status on DoDMERB; otherwise, she gets an error message.
 
I have been having the same problem as well, but I've found that accessing the website on an "incognito" window gets rid of the problem.
 
Both the DoDMERB and DoDMETS websites are up and operational.

Problems may be local with individuals
 
Tried all the tricks too. It was working fine earlier today and now we can’t get in. I get an error saying “logging attempt was not successful please try again”. When I do try again it says “we were unable to access your information”. :bang:

SAME SAME SAME. Maybe it’s just updating to All Waivers Approved. 😝
 
My humblest apologies. There appears to be problems with a wider group. I’m able to log in off base on a non-government computer- - so are others. But, obviously there are issues. I just sent an email to our Systems Administrator. He gets in around 5:30 AM MDT. Hopefully, we’ll get it fixed in the morning. Yes...THmom...I’m sorry😩

The problem is NOT widespread. There is a problem on our end with some of the encryption, which is being worked on. But it only effects very few users. "If" you are one of those users, what appears to work almost universally is:

a. Try a different browser (e.g. - If using Internet Explorer, try Chrome, FireFox, etc.)
b. Shut down out of your browser and try opening a new session

Downloaded Chrome, still doesn’t work. I think I broke it, checking too many times a day. 🤪
