Does anyone have an idea of how many AOG sponsored civil prep kids receive appointments? Assuming they do well academically and don't get hurt, etc. Does the admission office have a reserved number of appointments for civil prep kids?
What are the AOG approved civil prep schools?

I believe last I heard 100% of the AoG sponsored Cadets at MMI have been accepted. But that is unofficial...

As it was explained (and the best source of information on this is most definitely your RC) to our DS - the seat is their's to lose. Maintain a B average and work to increase your CFA and or SAT/ACT scores and you are in very good shape to gain an appointment.

The AoG Prep schools I know of are Marion Military Institute, NMMI, Greystone, Valley Forge, Northwest Prep and I know I am missing one or two more...

If you do a search in this thread there is a TON of information available!

I don't think NWP is recognized by AoG.

To the best of my knowledge there are six recognized AOG SAP programs.
As mentioned >> NMMI, MMI, Valley Forge, Greystone. I think the others are Georgia Military and Hargrave.

I have learned that all AOG SAP's at MMI have received appointments in 2013 and 2014. Approximately 25 each year.

DS was informed that the appointment was his to lose if he did not perform as expected at MMI.
