I'm a senior and I submitted my application to the Naval Academy on Oct 28th.

Currently I am signed up to take AP Econ 3rd Trimester, but would it look better in the Naval Academy's eyes if I changed it to AP Calculus? Our school only allows us to take one AP class or I would do both.

So essentially would changing my AP class have any affect on my application?

Yes, I believe an academy would prefer to see an AP Cal over an AP Econ.

It might make you appear more competitive in their eyes, so yes.

Thank you for your quick response.
Would I just call the admissions office to let them know?

I would have your GC email them to update your file after you make the switch. Anytime my daughter wanted to update her file, it had to come from the GC. Good Luck!
