application problem

I've have my application complete (everything I could do/in my control) except for my school profile, transcripts and schedule. My high school counselor sent in my profile, transcripts and schedule in early December. In the beginning of January the status still said that they have not received it. I called the counselor at the academy and left a message. I never heard back so I had my high school guidance counselor resend them. Status is still missing so last Thursday I tried calling my counselor again but had to leave a message. I have not heard back. I'm getting nervous that I haven't heard anything and it has not been marked as complete yet. And the applications are due tomorrow..

Any thoughts or advice? Is it always this hard to make contact with the USAFA counselors?

We were having the same problem, turns out that there was a disconnect between the guidance counselor and the secretary. The information never actually left the office; they both thought the other had sent it off. This actually happened twice in a row, just as you are describing. When I finally asked them to actually check their outgoing mail log, there was no entry for either going out. Third time was the charm
