For the required application documents, is the "Candidate Academic Information" for the HS Transcripts? Or do I have to separately mail my HS Transcripts with the school seal on it?

This form accompanies the Request for High School transcript and must be completed by the guidance counselor or registrar. It includes details about the schools academic program - courses offered, method for computing GPA, student's class rank and class size, etc.
 
So the "Candidate Academic Information" is not submitted online? My guidance counselor has tried submitting it 4 or 5 times, but I've never been notified of its recipt by USNA and it doesn't show that it has been received on my application. What should I do?
 
The Candidate Academic Information information can be entered online by your Guidance Counselor. Ours had to do it three times before it was accepted and my son received confirmation. After the second time my DS wrote the USNA Regional Director and asked him whether he received it. The following was a portion of his reply:
"For some reason it did not get accepted when she submitted it. I am going to resend it to her to make sure. Sorry for any inconvenience, but they may have been doing maintenance when she submitted it. Please resubmit and sorry again for any inconvenience."

I'd write your RD (his email address is on your USNA Candidate Information page) and ask him/her if they have received the information. Your GC may be doing something incorrectly.

My guidance also submitted it a few times before I just ended up having her fax it straight to them. That worked! :)
 
I emailed my RD and she said that she sent a new email with a fresh link to y counselor, and it ended up that was all it took. I received my conformation from USNA that it was received only a few minutes ago! :smile:
