My DD and I have a disagreement as to when her application can be submitted. She has everything completed including contact info for teacher recommendations. Teachers have been notified. Can she submit application at this point? She thinks recommendations have to be sent in by te teachers before she can submit. Not real clear here. Thanks!

Submit it. Those teachers can take months, especially math teachers!

fyi here is part of DS's timeline:
APPLICATION STATUS:
Submitted Date: 9/3/2016 5:41:00 PM EST
RECOMMENDATION PROVIDERS: all were Notified of Request: 8/10/2016
Guidence: Submitted, 9/29/2016
Math: Submitted, 10/10/2016
Coach: Submitted, 10/11/2016
English/Humanities: Submitted, 10/4/2016
Optional: Submitted, 10/13/2016
Also I think your place in the review line in based on your application submission date - not the date of last requires referral completion - maybe someone else can confirm that
 
That was our understanding too. The day you submit your application is when you secure your place for review so that you won't be penalized for teachers who may be late turning in recommendations. If you're ready, earlier is always better than later.
 
Can my DD submit application now. With PFE and medical the first week on Jan 2017. She wants to train all December for PFE.
