Finished my application beginning of January (I'm in college, so had to wait for first semester transcript)

I received my nomination right before the holiday break, and it was uploaded 4 January
 
I was complete with app on Jan 11th, DoDMERB qualified 1/17, Nomination received 1/19, Call from MOC 1/22, now waiting for BFE.

That really is pretty cool to have gotten that MOC call so early after your nomination being received.

Seems like it got in just in time for a board meeting :)
 
Yeah, MOC's office military liaison told me he was surprised as well, especially since they uploaded nomination a week later than usual this year.

I for one was kind of behind in the process compared to most of the people on here. I finished everything but CFA in October, then did the CFA on Nov. 4. I actually had some problems with scheduling my BGO interview, so I did not complete that until Dec. 16. My first nomination came on Dec. 17, the second a week later. I was called by my MOC (and got the weird disappearing LOA message) around 13:45 of January 22.
 
I was actually even more behind you. Didnt do CFA until Jan 5th, And nom only on Jan 19th, and Also had disappearing LOA/ MOC call situation
 
So received an email from the nominating source director this morning, and she didn't seem to have any information regarding this portal change from "Conditional offer of Appointment LOA" to "Complete Pending Review"

Could this be negative? Wouldn't USNA have notified the nominating source if I had indeed received an appointment?

Trying not to over think things too much.

Welcome to the DOD bureaucracy. On one hand you should never completely trust the system, but by and large it appears you are just waiting for the administration to catch up.

Some nominating sources are active in communicating with candidates and SAs and some are not. Having tried to read the tea leaves for some hidden clue, they are not there.

Hurry up and Wait is more than likely your situation vs FUBAR

USNA is closed for classes today. It is likely Admissions staff is not working either because of the snowstorm
 
@RT10 I also asked MOC office about portal change and they said they also do not know about portal changes from LOA to Pending Review, but they did once again confirm that I had been given a "Fully Qualified Offer of Appointment" I would guess that USNA Admissions wouldn't accidentally upload an LOA, and since several people in your situation have confirmed that they are receiving appointments, I wouldn't worry too much. All we can do is wait...and the blizzard isn't doing any favors.

My MOC office didn't say anything about an appointment, but then again it has been tedious to consistently have contact with her in the past.

Really appreciate all of the quick replies and insight; surely you guys have saved me from a nervous breakdown or two!
 
For all of you in this situation with the disappearing LOA, I talked to admissions this morning and all fully qualified appointments were posted around 10 AM. They also told me that the MOC is right if they said you are being offered an appointment.
