    Hello Friends,

My son and I just get back from Genesis 2 days program at Academy. At the end of the program, the admission office request my son to report to the office of Admiral Burhoe, Superintendent of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy

Escorted by Captain Finton, Director of Admission office and other high ranking officers, we arrived at the admiral office at 1:30 PM sharp.

The two stars admiral handed my son the appointment package and wish him luck in the future. Per the admiral, his appointment supposed to be the first appointment of the class of 2015 .

We shook hand with the admiral, took some pictures. It was an awesome experience for us.

    Hello Friends,

It will be a very difficult decision for my son to make.

Today he received a phone call from MOC to inform him that he will get the nomination to USNA. Since he already had his USNA LOA and DODMERB qualified back in Sept therefore he will get his BFE from USNA soon.

USNA or USCGA ??? Well, well, well !!!!:confused::confused:
