Are you able to switch dates for SLS?

My son received acceptance to West Point SS and we mailed back the paperwork for Week 2. This morning he found out he was accepted to AFA SS but Session C was full. The other sessions don't mesh with Week 2 of West Point SS. So in order to pull this off- he would have to get WP to switch him to week 1. He hasn't received confirmation yet of his requested week 2 or travel plans for WP. It was mailed about 2 weeks ago. We called and left a message and sent an email to switch to week 1 that way he could go to Session B at AFA. Will they allow him to switch to Week 1?

I believe it should be ok. I know they have at least one opening in Session 1 as my son had to switch to Session 2. Snow days pushed Session 1 right in the middle of finals so they were kind enough to accomodate him. My son called and emailed and he did not hear anything. He finally called one day and they confirmed the switch. He was told the contact on the SLS paperwork has been in Jury Duty and has not caught up on emails.

Thanks derbyman! That is helpful. Hope it works for us. Same thing with us- no answer on email or phone message yet. I told him to just keep calling to see if someone picks up!
