Are prior servicemembers (that are well below the maximum age) allowed to take advantage of this program and if so what are the requirements?

You would probably need to talk to one of the Junior Military Colleges that offer the Early Commissioning Program to get the best answers.

When you say Prior Service, I assume you are no longer in the military, in that case the Green to Gold won't apply to you.

If you search this forum there was once a poster attached to school that offered ECP. Search the forums for ECP, there really has not been to much discussion on this board about ECP but it does pop up every now and then.

Has nothing to do with green to gold.

Why do you want to do ECP? You still need to complete 4 years of college, and the ECP program only gets you half way there. How about a little more detail, so I can figure out if you understand what you are asking to get yourself into.
