Congrats! Wish I could have been there to see it live. We have a pretty fantastic team this year. So looking forward to next Sunday's quarterfinal game against Cornell! :thumb:

Yep...AFs only win all year...1st time AF has ever beaten Army in lacrosse.

They AF team went thru alot this year. It was also the 1st time the game was played in CO. The game has been very competitive recently...was only a matter of time....

    Go Army!......Beat Cornell!

    Army 7 Navy 6
    Army 11 Navy 8
    Army 9 Syracuse 8

Oh what a year so far
One gold star...one orange star....just no silver star

Air Force male LAX needs to be disbanded for a year or two... considering the number of alcohol issues they had (among others). We booted a 4 dig from the team in my squad for this buffoonery.

Sounds more like an excellent opportunity for some team captains to step up and provide some "real" leadership!

You mean get some captains and coaches to actually provide leadership. I agree.

West Point awards letters to those who earn them on varsity programs. You wear letters on a letter sweater or on a London Fog uniform jacket.

Most sports play the Naval and AF Academy. If you beat Navy - you can wear a gold star for that victory. Silver star if you beat AF.....In the case that the teams play each other more then once a year (BB, lacrosse)- then a Star game is designated. Baseball palys a 4 game series....win the series.,.- you win the star. You can gather as many stars as you can.....

The orange star for beating Syracuse was a funny...but I heard form buds that they gave out light blue stars to the lax team in 82 when they beat Hopkins.
