Army ROTC 2023-2024 2nd Board

Look like a few kinks are still there. You have to go up into the address and back it up to where it just says https://hs.usarmyrotc.com/ but only when you get to that 404 server error.

They will no doubt still have to upload the stuff, work out a few kinks. We have to be patient now.
 
Can see the login page, but when I try to log in with my existing username/password, it just refresh itself.
 
I logged on but my status went from boarded to boarded/under consideration does that mean I didn't get selected.

Yep, tried to log on, said my password was incorrect, then tried resetting my password, which didn't work. I think we should probably all give these websites a good hour before coming back as the Army is probably still testing out this new website.

My son's status did the same - went from saying boarded to boarded/under consideration.
 
Guys,

Once the military gets a site back up, it still isn't fully up. They are going to still be doing a little work. I'd give it a break and check back later today.

If you really want to check (just old info at this point) The work around is to do the login (don't fill in the third box). When it pops up the error, go up into the address, remove everything back to the .com/ Then hit enter. That gets you to the normal login.
 
I found it easier to login by going to the armyrotc site and scholarships then picking 4year and being directed that way vs directly to my saved bookmark.

Thats what you get when they finish your board. Means you were under consideration at that time for the scholarship. Doesn't mean you didn't get it. When that matters is when it changes to you were boarded and will be considered for the March board, (right now it says be considered for the January board). So the final results definitely haven't been pushed if that old message is there.
 
They do not reject applicants until conclusion of the last board (March). My son applied in August and this is his second board. If you did not get awarded, you will see the "under consideration" status. However, it does not appear we can count on any status being accurate right now until the "bugs" have been worked out. My daughter also went ROTC and received a 3-year scholarship back in 2020. She landed it through the second board, but status change went from "boarded" to "under consideration" after they deferred her during the first board. Same pattern with my son so far on the second board.

Not going to check on site until tomorrow....hopefully stabilizes by then..?
 
DS went to password reset and it failed and his Cadet Command contact who is very responsive sent him this email.

The application is in post maintenance test phase, please refrain from attempting to login. Also,

results for the January will not be posted until the application site functioning normal. Thank you

Hello ROTC_has_been, I wish I took your name as my own LOL!

You definitely get that after the results come out, but it will have the correct dates in there. Still has the old one from last board. Same thing happened last board for some parents, where the status went from boarded to boarded under consideration, back to boarded and then results.

So don't believe anything until the red banner on top that appears when the results are released shows. Saying, results released congrats to the selectees, and the under consideration shows the right months.

Yes, it can go from boarded/uc back to boarded and then winner. It can also stay boarded and go to winner. It can also go back to boarded/uc for the march board. I agree, I wouldn't pay any attention to the status right now.
 
I was able to get in. Still B/UC, but the veterans on this board have said it doesn't matter until there is an announcement posted that results are released. I did notice that my son's schools are locked when they were not pre-crash. Hoping that means something....
