My son just got one, too...from a school I'm certain NOBODY has heard of.

It was also...oddly enough...sent to his email address, but with a female's name in the To: block of the form letter.

Was it addressed “Dear Jessica”? If so, DD (not named Jessica) got the same email.

My DS just got an email to from a school not on his list. But it was sent to James. With a IF you get.... but his name is not James. . I think a lot of folks are looking forward to the list being released.

Nope....my son's email was addressed "Dear Brianna"

I assure you...that's not my son's name.

I'll pass on giving out the name of the school...but can say, it's in the northeast section of CONUS

I was really just wondering it was the small school my DS has in mind - almost no one knows of it unless you like college basketball.

@kinnem 's DS went to UofSC - he is a wealth of info on the program. His DS was MO, but he is a great resource about the school!

Oh wow, thats awesome. It is surely my top choice so any info is appreciated. I know a few people who went there and said they absolutely loved it (outside of ROTC).

He is a mod and on the Board every day. He was a tremendous help to my DS during his journey and a great resource.

Oh, this was from Penn State's ROTC program. "Pride of Pennsylvania." Not CC. And they were only trying to recruit. Another "if" you win, we'd love to have you. I just was confused how they got the name wrong. But with so many applicants, its understandable.

It’s a school in Erie, PA
