Army ROTC HS Scholarship 4Yr

Hi, one quick question. I normally wouldn't post a question because almost anything can be found with a bit of searching but I couldn't find any information on this and my Person of Contact isn't replying quickly or at all. Nevertheless, I was wondering if there is a second interview for the Army Scholarship. On my status page it states they have received my interview already but at the bottom of my page it says, "you've been selected for an interview, please contact the PMS at your school of choice". This has thrown me off a bit, and was wondering if anyone could possibly clear this up, or maybe their system hasn't updated lately.

The AROTC scholarship application status page will remain in that state until a decision is made regarding the application.

After the interview, it does not update to reflect that the interview was completed and logged (still states that you have been scheduled for an interview...).

The screen not updating a few weeks after a review board also indicates that you have been "re-boarded" i.e. your application has been forwarded to the next subsequent board for review / decision.
