AROTC Application Error

Hello,

Currently applying for 4 year AROTC scholarship. For whatever reason after being in my portal for a decent amount of time, I was logged out. I've been going back and forth trying to reaccess my portal and work on my app, relogging in and out and closing my browser, etc, and keep getting the same message. It states: "There is already an active session associated with this user. Your Session has ended." Any insight into this? Thanks!
 
That happened to my son early in the application process (a couple of months ago). I forgot exactly what we did to correct it - try opening the Application in a different browser, if that doesn't work reboot your computer and try. For some reason, if the Application times out, it sometimes keeps an active session "open". Eventually, when you finally get back in, log out once and it should be good from that point on. Don't let it time out again!
 
Happens to me all the time. Just log out and wait a day or two.
 
Is anyone else having trouble with their AROTC application site? My DS hasn't been able to access his messages on the dashboard. He has sent an email through the site but has gotten no response. He has tried other browsers too.
