Just FYI, BOLC dates/orders will usually be Feb-March, although it could be much later depending on where you placed on the OML.
On a related note, don't try to trade BOLC dates once you get yours. I tried that last year and had a very nasty conversation with my PMS for my efforts after Cadet Command metaphorically handed me my ass for even asking.
BOLC dates are based on two things - 1) priority cases, like ADO green to gold guys who get frontloaded and 2) OML standing. Unless you are an active duty green to gold guy, you will follow the national OML and slots will be filled accordingly. If you didn't place high on the OML, you can expect to see a BOLC date later in the fall or perhaps even in 2015. It was not unusual for the class of 2013 to get dates that ranged into early 2014.
Also, take into account that the Army is downsizing and slots are being cut across most branches. Here @ AV BOLC, they have cut class sizes in half due to reduced funding. Not sure about the rest of BOLCs, but don't be surprised if you are in for a bit a wait.
If you are a cadet who accessed AD, I would urge every one of you to volunteer for LDAC/LTC or GBR. I did GBR and it was an awesome experience, and gave me much needed money over the summer. It's a pain in the butt to do all the of the paperwork, but it's really worth it if you get it. It's tough to try to get a job that you will end up quitting shortly to go to BOLC.
