AROTC January Board Acceptance

Congrats RK and Rocky. For others, don't lose hope. Each board process has been different. It is clear that not all the updates went out at the same time this board. I suspect there is a lot of negotiation and discussion going on between the battallions and CC to determine, for each applicant, which schools will make offers. Perhaps once they have made a determination for an individual they update the site (seems to happen each night). If that is the process, it may continue for several more days.
 
My son's status changed to the Dodmerb!

We're fortunate enough that he has already qualified by Dodmerb due to his application to USMA.

Congrats to all that have the status change and good luck to all that haven't seen a change yet. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for everyone.

It took almost a week until it updated on the DoDMERB site last time.
 
Anyone know how long it takes before your status shows the schools that you have been offered to?
 
Has anyone's status changed today to DoDMERB, as in it showed the intervew status this morning and then changed to DoDMERB qualified later today?

I have been spamming these boards for months now, getting so much information to learn the process of ROTC and the Academies along with my son. While he has applied to Air Force and Army academies, he has also applied for ROTC scholarships in same services. Nominations to both, but no appointment yet. Anyway, was disappointed for him last night that his status did not change; however, jubilatioin this afternoon that it has now changed!!!! He has already passed physicial, so what a great day for him. Congratulations to all, and apparently it is taking time to update the site so there is undoubtedly more good news to be had from this Board. And thanks, all, for your terrific words of widsom on this and other threads.
 
OMG.......checked my son's status this morning, nothing. Just checked again and he has the "You may check your medical qualifications..."!!!

woo! the major from my first choice school called me this morning to let me know I got a 4-year scholarship! I just checked my status and it changed!

Sweet my college is officially paid for, smooth sailing from here on out :thumb:

now I have to go do homework :l
 
Yes please don't...however I don't think it is a glitch because there were some other people who said that they're status did not change and it still says "you've been selected for an interview...etc". And for all of you whose status did not change, don't lose hope. There are still board selections in the upcoming months. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for you.
 
i didnt recieve anything either. Is it possible that cade command is still updating the status'? Is it possible it might change on monday? And for those that got the schoalrship, do you know ur Whole Persons Score?
 
I do not know what my whole persons score is. And I would say since some people found out yesterday and some found out today, there is a chance more could be coming monday.

I hate waiting. Going to keep checking. My stats:
ACT: 27, GPA: 3.94, involved in TaeKwonDo, Violin, and I work. Applied in September and still waiting. (note: they messed up my application so this time I am fully prepared. They messed up my last name, seriously.)

I do not believe they ever give you your whole persons score. i got a scholarship from the first Board and I never heard what my actual score was from either CC or the PMS.
