If we did not receive a scholarship in the first or second board, would it be beneficial to send cadet command our most recent report cards/grades before the deadline of the third board?
I don't know about AROTC, but for NROTC MO when I asked if I could submit an updated transcript, I was told to send an official copy in ASAP.
Agreed, but only somewhat different. Still, the devil is in the details and for this you are 100% right... cannot compare. The AROTC and NROTC MO application process are completely different.
I think there was a Board in early December, with another Board to follow in early Spring ... I'm just going by threads wherein I recall reading that some NROTC MO scholarships were awarded just before Xmas. The NROTC MO board to my knowledge has not even met yet.

Your file has been scored. It does not get looked at again. Unless you have something like your SAT scores that change dramatically, you won't affect that score much. What you might want to do is scrub your school list. And you should definitely be talking to ROOs and making plans to come to campus and enrolling in the class if you are serious about becoming an Army Officer.
Quick question: what does ROO stand for? I can't find it anywhere
Recruiting Operations Officer, at least the Recruiting and Officer part are right, not 100% sure about the Operations.
The main thing is that the ROO is the recruiting officer for the battalion.
