Is this a bad idea or a good idea? I don't see a lot of areas where you can explain your achievements, except for the achievements they are looking for. They are certainly forgetting a lot of stuff. Where can I put down that I am a regimental commander? That is higher than a Battalion commander, yet they only have a check box for "batt. commander, officer, and member"

Thats just an example. I have tons of other stuff in the same situation. Thanks.

Having a resume is a great idea. It puts all of your accomplishments on 1 page and allows readers to learn about you quickly. Although not requested, my daughter submitted a resume and brought it with her for the nomination interviews. It's certainly not required though.
