BCT Squadron and Reporting Time Assignments

When do our BCT squadrons, reporting time, and PO box assignments typically get released?
 
If timing follows the last several years...two weeks before your report date (I-Day), will be squadron assignments; actual report time will be a bit later as will PO box numbers.

It will likely be later this year. The appointee kits must be completed and many appointees are dragging thier feet. Squadron assignments are made using the data supplied in the appointee kits to even out the squadrons (academic quals, physical quals, related individuals, recruited athletes, home of record, etc.). If you are on a forum and you know of a to be classmate that has not completed thier appointee kit, use some peer pressure to encourage them to complete. It is your classmates who are holding you up.

They have been pulling teeth. I have no doubt.

AZ ALO's and Parents Club have a "Doolie Sendoff Dinner" tomorrow night, and your comments will be relayed to all attendees and emailed out as well by all mentor ALOs. We do check but...won't hurt to have another "oh, by the way..." discussion.
 
There was an issue with the external site for the additional training which slowed down the process so many appointees were affected by that and unable to complete that last section. As with all things military, it will update when it does and in the mean time, it's good practice for the "hurry up and wait" that is to follow :)
