My mom, in a LTC facility, gets hers today. She cries tears of joy every time we FaceTime. Which is daily.

We are coming up on a year since lockdown. Unbelievable. Seriously unbelievable. And im sure that year goes waaaaay slower, in a room with a tv. Period. No hugs. No activities or visitors. Than it does for me, busy. Breaks my heart for these people. I want to hug them all.

Several months ago as I was driving past a small LTC facility near my home, I saw a man in his 60's up against the window trying to speak to a family member inside. Very sad.
 
Friday, 1/22/21, was the 1 year anniversary of the 1st case of coronavirus reported in the US. A man who had travelled from Wuhan, China.

Wow. A year. Hard to believe!

I’m still wondering what the origin is of this thing. Bats, electric eels, or China’s only BSL-4 lab which is coincidentally in Wuhan?
