    Hello All,

Well I am trying to get an AROTC scholarship but I have an interest in both sciences. I know in AFROTC only Chemistry is considered technical. What major would increase my chances in AROTC?? Thanks!!

Biology and chemistry are both ADM3, so either are fine.

Put down the major you have a stronger interest in (you're going to be taking a lot of classes in that subject for your major). For what it's worth, my DS received a 4 yr AROTC scholarship with a Chemistry major listed.

Your choice of major has much less impact for the Army process than it does for the AF or Navy process. All of our scholarships are the same, so whether you are history or chemistry or engineering we will be looking at your scholar/athlete/leader credentials and measuring you by those credentials instead of looking at your intended major.
