    WEDNESDAY...

    THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PUEBLO HAS ISSUED A BLIZZARD
    WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO NOON MDT
    WEDNESDAY. THE BLIZZARD WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

    * LOCATION...NORTHERN EL PASO COUNTY.

    * CAUSE AND TIMING...A FAST MOVING...BUT STRONG...PACIFIC STORM
    SYSTEM WILL MOVE ACROSS THE REGION TONIGHT THROUGH MIDDAY
    WEDNESDAY.

    * SNOW ACCUMULATION...4 TO 8 INCHES.

    * WIND...NORTH WINDS 30 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 50 MPH WILL
    PRODUCE WIDESPREAD BLOWING SNOW AND NEAR ZERO VISIBILITIES.

    * IMPACT...HEAVY SNOW...BLOWING SNOW...ICY ROADS AND LOW
    VISIBILITIES WILL RESULT IN VERY HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS.
    WHITE OUT CONDITIONS WILL BE LIKELY ACROSS NORTHERN EL PASO
    COUNTY...INCLUDING I-25 OVER MONUMENT HILL...FOR THE MORNING
    COMMUTE WEDNESDAY.

    PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

    LIFE THREATENING WINTER WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED.
    SUSTAINED WIND SPEEDS OR FREQUENT GUSTS OVER 35 MPH AND
    VISIBILITY REDUCED TO BELOW 1/4 MILE BY FALLING AND BLOWING SNOW
    ARE EXPECTED.
