Cadet Pay

Does anyone know if the cadets get an increase in their pay as 3rd degrees?

The actual pay stays the same, but 3*s will have fewer decuctions taken out. For example, 3*s no longer have $70 taken out each month for laundry and dry cleaning. The big increase in take home pay comes when the loans are paid off.
