Candidate Activities Record.

I am having a little confusion wit the Candidate Activities Record, specifically the Resumer section. What they ask for in each section could be redundant if you think about it the way I do. Under "academic accomplishments" do we list academic awards or would those go under the "award section." Or do we list an academic award in both places? Same goes for athletics. Apparently sports go under the "extracurricular" section but if we got an award or a letter should that not be listed there at all but only put under awards. To me it seems like either things will get listed twice or the information pertaining to one activity is getting split up too much? Maybe I am just looking at it wrong. Could anyone give advice about this or how they filled it out? Thanks much!

I would not stress over it too much. For me, I just put my sports under the extracurricular section, and then my awards under the award section. The same for academic achievements. It's really up to your discretion on how you want to do it. I'm sure if you were to put sports awards under the extracurricular section, and then later state those same awards in the awards section, then that would be fine, too.
