Candidate Failure?

    Will you be notified if you have not recived a candidate number?

    You should receive a candidate number if you applied to NASS or begin the application process on the USNA web site.

    You seem to be very worried about the candidate number. Have you contacted your BGO yet? I recall in a previous thread, you said that you scored a 1410/1600 on your SATs, and those are extremely competitive scores, I'm sure!

    ya i just have gotten no notification. NO i havent it has been a very long week

    My son didn't get his number until the second week of June last year.

    If, based on your preliminary application, you do not qualify for a candidate number you will receive a letter from the Academy explaining why.
    They may ask for your transcripts and/or updated SAT scores or other additional information. When they receive that information they will re-evaluate you.

    thanks i talked to my bgo and he said the same thing things look bright my friends. Go Navy!!!!!!
