My DS is filling out the CPDR, but when he lists his father's military rank under the family information section, clicks save, that field goes blank. He has tried in multiple browsers and also on his phone. All the other information is saving, except the rank. He has sent a help request to the admin team, no response yet. Just trying to streamline and see if anyone else has encountered this and has a fix? That's the singular reason he hasn't been able to submit. FYI, he does know that this particular form has to be completed in one sitting, so that part is not an issue.
