CFA Minimum

USNA does not offer any information as to what are "passing" numbers or times.

The standard you MUST meet as a midshipman (male) is 35 cadence pushups, 1:45 plank, and 10:30 1.5 mile run. This is the minimum standard. It will earn you a D on the PRT. You do not want a D on the PRT.

Use your CFA to show USNA that you can excel in the physical department. If you are exactly equal to another candidate otherwise, why would USNA take the candidate who is "borderline" fit rather than a physical stud?

If you do some searching on this site, you will see scores that have passed (and a few that have failed). Historically, USNA has focused on crunches, push-ups and mile run b/c those corresponded to PRT items. Now that PRT has changed, not sure if that still applies (other than mile run).
