I don't absolutely know who Objee is (although I suspect I know, having talked to an admissions officer who was a year behind me), but I have to say, the Coast Guard Academy is doing it right here.

They could easily just sit and watch, but having Objee comment here and there, directing candidates to the correct source of information or providing updates.

Nicely done to Objee and the Coast Guard Academy. It's good to get the right information out there, even on unofficial forums, filling information voids with facts.

+1. Very informative for the candidates. CGA seems to be more connected. Have to imagine size has a lot to do with that.

I would suspect it is a "culture" thing.
