Hello all,
On this forum I have heard, every now and then, somebody mention CGPA (which I think is Cadet GPA) or ROTC GPA. What are these? Are they GPAs that have to do with just ROTC? Thanks for any help!

CGPA = Cumulative GPA, which is your GPA for your entire college career.

ROTC GPA is your GPA from your ROTC courses.

CGPA stands for College GPA. How each ROTC may or may not weight it is branch dependent. For instance, DS is an AS200 AFROTC tech major, and tech majors historically haven't needed as a high a CGPA as a non-tech major to qualify for Summer Field Training.

Just to add one thing to this.

As Bull said, CGPA stands for Cumulative GPA, this will include both your College GPA and your ROTC GPA combined.
