Changing Sessions at SLE and NASS

Has anyone switched sessions for either SLE or NASS after already accepting and sending in payment? I was notified today by my Head of School that I was chosen to attend a Rotary International Leadership camp, but it conflicts with NASS, and in order for me to attend all three activities I will need to switch to the first session of both SLE and NASS. I just e-mailed the West Point contact and filled out the Contact Request form for USNA to ask if it is possible; hopefully they will get back to me soon.
 
I switched SLE sessions last year in order to go to Boys State. If they have space to move you, they probably will.
