It is a DQ, but it can be waivered, especially if you "outgrew" it. You will likely have to provide Remedials which is typically records related, a pulmonary consult and pulmonary function testing. These tests can vary so I would wait until you get a specific request for what they want. It will depend on if the SA pursues the waiver. Each is different and I believe it can vary from year to year. The only way to know is to walk through the entire process, and provide the remedial as soon as they ask for it. If they ask for it, they will pay for it if you use the provider they give you. There are a lot of posts regarding this if you do a search.
