Let's just say Annapolis is not a hotbed of authentic Chinese regional cuisine, but it's not like Naptown is NYC, San Fran, Hong Kong, Singapore or other places either. We are talking American-style Chinese, right?
House of Hunan is in the Festival at Riva shopping center which has the Chili's, Panera Bread, Cheeburger Cheeburger, off Forest Drive and Riva Road. It's out of DTA, quiet, sit down, with a full menu. And, bonus, it's near the Maggie Moo's ice cream shop, which has the Coldstone Creamery style mix-ins with house-made ice cream. Easy parking.
Joy Luck is a group of take-out places, and I think they regularly deliver to USNA. They have a take-out shop on Bestgate Road (Joy Luck II), in the strip center at the Admiral Drive intersection. That's an option if you want to call in an order and pick it up to eat in the hotel room. I recommend picking up the food rather than getting delivery; the quality and quantity seem to be better. It's a full menu. Easy parking.

I have never been fond of the one in the Graul's Supermarket Shopping Center across from the Navy stadium, but it's been a few years since I've been there, so my assessment isn't current. Canton Restaurant, 11 Ridgely Rd. Easy parking. Near Naval Bagels, a local and mid favorite.
For those getting used to Annapolis and where things are, Bestgate Road is what Rowe Blvd turns into on its way to the Mall. Rowe Blvd runs past the Navy stadium coming out of downtown. Admiral Drive connects Bestgate Road and West St., a good cutover road to remember.
Oh yes, there is now a PF Chang, in the newer Parole Center at Annapolis, corner of Solomon's Island Road and Forest Drive, the new complex across from the Festival at Riva.
No doubt there are many other places, perhaps some more in town or further out, and other posters will have suggestions.
