I know that there are certain times when cadets smoke together (Christmas, wine and cigar tasting), and several use chewing tobacco. Is cigar smoking allowed during free time? Are there any class-based restrictions?

Um, why would you want to smoke cigars on a daily basis any how? I mean once or twice to celebrate seems ok but other than that...

I'm not saying on a daily basis, but I was just curious.

No. When I was at USMA for the SLE I saw plenty of cadets smoking
