I received nominations from VA 61 and VA 62. I know one must be Senator Warner, and I was told that the other must be Senator Webb. Does anyone know for sure?

Now I am not 100% sure because I don't live in Virginaia... but they probably are both senators. If it was a congressman, the number would most likely be your district number. The higher random numbers tend to be senators. Or the nomination codes may have to do with how the slate was submitted (principal nom/competitive...). Just throwing my guess out there. Either way, Congrats!

61 and 62 are the designations for the two senators in each state.

01 thru 53 indicate the House Representative's district. The max being 53 for California. So,for example, CA53 would be the nomination designation on the portal for CA Rep. Susan Davis.

As for which Senator corresponds to 61 or 62 in each state, that I do not know.

I believe 61 is the senior Senator (the one who has been in office longer) and 62 is the junior Senator.

    Good Luck!
