Hello,

I sent in my college transcript about two weeks ago and it still has not been processed in the system. I am getting nervous as the due date for the completion of applications is right around the corner. I wanted to try and electronically mail it to make sure it gets there in time, but I have no idea where I would send it to electronically. I have tried to call the USNA Admissions office and contact my Blue and Gold Officer but neither are answering. Any help would be greatly appreciated for what I should do!

It takes about a month from the date it was sent to process and show up in your portal. USNA does not accept electronic transcripts. It just takes time. As long as it has been postmarked before Jan 31, there's nothing to worry about.

Agree with above. This is a common concern of college applicants who are forced to wait for their first semester grades to come in. My son was in the same boat as a reapplicant. Bear in mind that this late in the admissions cycle, the hard-working team members at Admissions are working hard to weather the flood of applications that can slow down the processing of transcripts. Be patient and take comfort in knowing that any transcript that has been postmarked prior to 31 JAN will be accepted and processing by Admissions. Suggest verifying with your records staff at your college to verify it was postmarked on time. Don't give up the ship!
