Commisioning Standards/USUHS

I have a question about the commissioning standards for Navy/Army/Air Force. Specifically, which branch (if any) might be more willing to grant a waiver for a tree nut allergy. My daughter's plan is to go to medical school, and given her interest in serving we thought we'd investigate USUHS a bit. She would have been a great fit at any of the SA's, but the likelihood of getting a waiver seemed sooo slim that she will be pursuing other options for her undergrad. Would the waiver be similarly difficult to obtain for USUHS admissions? I think I know the answer, but I am hoping, for her sake, that one of the branches might be a little more willing to waiver.
