So I have completed everything on my AROTC application including my interview but it still says interview pending and not board ready. I had my interview 2 weeks ago and keep expecting the yellow interview tab to go green saying it is approved. Is it normal for the interview form to take this much time and is their anyone I should talk to about this? The interview is the only thing holding up my application and every other tab is green and ready to go. I could really use some advice from all.

Interview upload

Hi..My DS had PMS interview and it took at least 2-3 weeks to actually get uploaded/approved on his AROTC account. We had to be a bit insistent but in the end, it just takes time for all the elements to connect. Also keep in mind that Labor Day Weekend is like a 4 day holiday vs 3 day. Most "jettison" by Friday for their extended weekend. Hang in there. It'll happen before you know it.

I would suggest emailing and asking the PMS or ROO where you did your interview. the board doesn't meet for another month. I'm sure the PMS will get around to imputing the results of your interview by then, but keep checking.

Thanks for the advice, I emailed the PMS I met with and now waiting for a reply.

AROTC Interview

As a former 2x PMS, school is getting ready to start again and your interviewer may not sent in the form yet or it has not been recorded yet by the folks at Fort Knox. If the status doesn't change in a few weeks, contact the Recruiting Operations Officer for the program. The PMS is a busy person and the ROO can address it with him or her.

Good luck!

AROTCPMS- There is no form sent in. The PMS inputs his notes and recommendation straight into CCIMS (database). As a current ROO I suggest that you do call the ROO but as stated, this is a very busy time of the year. Do not call enough to be an annoyance.
