Confirming receipt of required documents for appointed candidates

Is there a way to confirm USNA has received required forms that have been requested through the admissions portal after accepting the offer of appointment? eg. Police record check, body alteration form, etc.
Go to the chat room in the USNA Admissions website and ask the Admissions Officer on duty.
 
We received an email confirming receipt (not the police records because we don't send those).
 
The police check (and others forms if needed) can be confirmed by your USNA Regional Counselor.

The others forms have email receipts sent to you.
