CO's Endorsement

I am an OCS Grad trying to help a sailor submit a package for the Naval Academy. I was hoping to see if anyone on this forum would be willing to send me an example of their CO's Recommendation. I have never dealt with a USNA application before so I am unclear on the type and depth of writing the board will be looking for in this endorsement as all officer programs tend to be looking for different things.

Britten, go to the USNA admissions page and look for the fleet/prior enlisted admissions POC. It is usually a senior chief. I would recommend calling or emailing him directly. He sees all these each year and can probably address this question best.

When I was active duty I helped 3 Marines apply. I wrote the recommendations. I spoke to their maturity, leadership, officer potential, and academic prep.
