I was invited to a CVW this September, but even though I really want to go I don't think I will be able to. My high school course load is entirely college courses, and with a 22 credit hour Fall semester I just don't think I can miss the two days of class.
I know in another thread it was said that with a valid reason, not accepting a CVW invitation would not hurt the candidate's application. Would the above be considered a valid reason? Also, the email said if I wish to not attend I don't need to do anything. Would it be in my best interest to let them know why I can't attend, or just simply not fill out the acceptance form like it says?
Thanks for any help.
