April 15 has been advertised as the date by which USNA will let the candidates know one way or the other.

They expect to notify folks by April 15.

the admissions called my MOC's office two weeks ago saying the appointment letter would be in the mail last monday. still havent received anything. starting to worry me

Why would you be worrying? You already got the appointment... It may not be in your hand, but you know you are in.

That may be true, most likely true. I just find it weird because my MOC has never contacted me about gaining his nomination yet now they contacted my mom to let me know the appointment would be sent out.
