Good luck to you and your son!
The Dean of Admissions wanted to meet your daughter AT YOUR HOME? Where do you live?
The Dean called today and said the LOA is in the mail. DS is excited, but I have tried to temper that by reminding him that a NOMINATION is required. All his nomination paper work is in except letters of recommendation. This forum has been so helpful in educating me on how to keep things in perspective. Me being the conservative "trust but verify" auditor that I am. I wont get remotely excited until I see the letter in hand.
All that said, the usual advice is to not mention the LOA during the interview, perhaps bringing it up only at the very end if the interviewers do not mention it. Approach the interview as if it did not exist least the panel get the feeling of arrogance.
