Dental DQ

I need to make some dental decisions regarding my son that plans to apply to USMA.
Are dental implants or bridges, specifically Maryland bridge, a DQ for DODMERB? He has a congenital missing upper lateral and we need to decide what we want to do about it before when proceed with invisalign.

It sounds like if it is done properly and permanently it won't be a problem. But this might be a question better asked to the DoDMERB Consultant

I'm surprised so many people have the same problem as me. Doc said I was done growing and I got my wisdom teeth out, bone harvested and implant surgery all at once. I went back to school the same day (well, I don't think that's the norm, but I did). It was a very easy surgery. I'll have my final surgery end of June and hope it doesn't cause a problem for my medical clearance. I didn't have a choice though, definitely don't want to go off to USNA without the implants done. I'm a junior.
