disqualification

PLEASE HELP, I am filling out the medical history section for DODMERB and one of the questions asked if I have ever had exercise induced asthma. I have only ever had one attack when I was 12 and I don't think I really had it. I was given an inhaler and prescribed medicine but it was really just because I was out of shape that I had a wheezing attack.

so my question is if I will be medically disqualified or if I will have to get a medical wavier?

That's why we do the exam and the history...so we can evaluate the results. Describe on your history form what you described below. Provide more detail though. The Doc's name and address; the type medicine, etc
